# GalaxyIDX

GalaxyIDX puts MLS listings (IDX) and lead capture on a real-estate website. Listing pages render server-side on the site's own domain, so search engines and AI answer engines can read them. The product enforces the MLS display rules for you.

It is written to be installed by an AI coding agent in one pass.

## How it fits together

## Before you start

1. **An account and a site.** During early access, accounts are opened by request: email support+galaxyidx@bryanos.ai and we add the site's domain for you.
2. **MLS approval.** The customer's **broker** must authorize the site with the MLS. Until the MLS approves, the site stays `pending` and shows no listings. → [mls-licensing.md](https://docs.galaxyidx.com/docs/mls-licensing.md)
3. **Keys.** A **secret key** (`sk_…`) for server code and a **publishable key** (`pk_…`) if you post leads straight from the browser. → [authentication.md](https://docs.galaxyidx.com/docs/authentication.md)

Price: $10/month per site for the software, plus the MLS's own fee passed through at cost.
